What up my people’s, today was very funny. Craig Robinson, who plays Darryl from “The Office” and in the new movie “Zack and Miri make a Porno”, was on today. Plus Tracy Morgan was on talking about the season premiere of “30 Rock” and his show coming up at the Apollo Theater, which Cipha Sounds will be DJing at. Tracy said he might make a surprise guest appearance at the next “Don’t Get Gassed” comedy show going down Nov. 18th. (thats a secret though, so keep that on the low).

Blige and Kevin Lyles about the importance of voting. Jennifer Hudson’s sister putting way to much info on her myspace page. Do you know people that put way to much info on their myspace pages? Also talked about Guys that go a vacation with a girl… do they have to pay for the girl or does the girl pay for herself? Finally had B-Real from The Legendary Cypress Hill on the show. Also talked about people coming to work sick and what was the worst thing you have caught at work. Sad Jennifer Hudson update (this situation sucks). Of course Tuesday is my favorite day with “Showdown with Cipha Sounds”. And to top it off, they had John Legend on the show talking about his new album “Evolver” coming out today. Supa Dups from Black Chiney produced a couple of songs on there, including a bonus joint called “Can’t be my lover” featuring Buju Banton .
